Renovation with Vinnie Z&S
Vinnie and his team are very pleased to have been able to work with some of the most amazing clients on their home, bathroom or kitchen renovations. Renovating your home is a journey, one of vision and dreams and at different phases you would be forgiven if you thought you were having a nightmare. Works are messy in any renovation but Vinnie and his team try to keep the mess and bother to the minimum. Vinnie says "We understand that everyone enters a renovation project with big dreams and this is perfectly fine. It's when you need to start taking down partitions, walls, doors, and windows etc... that reality hits. It can be a shock to the system. I am very lucky to have a great team of tradesmen whom I work with and we try to keep the mess and disturbance to a minimum as our clients lives continues as normal."
It is recommended that depending on the renovation works undertaken that the homeowners may need to leave their residence for a few days or weeks. This can cause a little upheaval but can also prevent the homeowners growing tired and frustrated from the noise and works going on. From our Gallery below you will be able to see our various projects at various points within the renovation process. As mentioned above in the early stages it can be scary, but when the final result is presented to our client there is a huge excitement and sense of pride in reaching their ultimate dreams.
